This Fraud Protection provision extends to Claudio Riaz, Inc.’s Satisfaction
Guarantee. This return service is designed solely for customers who do not like a
particular shade and this exchange service is solely for customers who received
defective or damaged products. In addition, brushes and brush sets are not eligible
for return.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY PERCEIVED ABUSE(S) OF CLAUDIO RIAZ INC,’S
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, TO BE DETERMINED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF
CLAUDIO RIAZ, INC., A RETURN OR MULTIPLE RETURNS MAY NOT BE HONORED.
Disputes
With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all
actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws
of Illinois, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and
wholly performed within Illinois.
