If a make-up product does not meet your color expectations, you may return the unused product within 10 business days from the date which you received the merchandise. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. You will receive a credit to be used at claudioriaz.com in the exact amount, including tax, you paid for the item itself. At this time, we are not able to take preference returns on brushes or brush sets.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 10 business days from the date which you received the merchandise. A replacement of the same item/s will be sent to you with a pre-paid Return Shipping label for you to complete the exchange. The defective or damaged item/s must be returned to us within 10 business days from the date which you received the replacement merchandise otherwise your original form of payment will be charged for the additional item/s. Please note, a description and picture are required to determine exchange eligibility requirements.

You will receive a reply from us within 24 to 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed. In the event of any perceived abuse(s) of this Satisfaction Guarantee, to be determined at the sole discretion of Claudio Riaz, Inc., a return or exchange may not be honored.
